Outreach Events

We work to help women who have come from trauma/abuse, including women who are homeless, have addiction histories, and refugees in Pittsburgh, to understand their true identity by providing group therapy, individual counseling and inner healing sessions.

We provide women an opportunity for continued mentorship opportunities to be mentored by other women who can be a support as they walk through difficult seasons of life.

We provide physical needs for women who are in vulnerable situations through distribution of furniture, clothes, diapers and food items.

Extravagant Love Makeover

Outreach events that focus on the holistic self - through physical makeovers and a formal gala.

Our physical makeovers include a new hairstyle, a manicure and pedicure, and makeup application, along with a new outfit provided by Dress for Success.  Upon arrival at the evening gala, women are met by a cheering crowd and a red carpet entrance, followed by a served dinner, live music, a fashion show, multimedia and a speaker.  Most importantly, the gala provides the event's participants and volunteers with the opportunity to share conversation, receive prayer and support, and develop relationships with each other.  At the end of the evening, the participants are given a packed duffel bag, full of donated items from our gracious sponsors. With over 2,000 volunteers, this event has served approximately 1,000 women from homeless/ abuse shelters and our surrounding communities over the past 10 years.

Extravagant Love Conference

Conferences that inspire women to find and use the power of their story for the benefit of their healing and the healing of others.

While our conferences all have the same focus, and always include a time of worship and inner healing ministry, they can be designed around the needs and desires of the conference sponsor.

Extravagant Love Curriculum

Our 6-week curriculum, a psycho-therapy based study on Keys to Wholeness and Identity, is aimed at expelling shame, guilt, and embracing transparency and freedom. We believe in a holistic approach that speaks to root issues of identity and how to live in freedom from shame, destructive thinking patterns and to discover “whose” we are in the process.

Our first curriculum, a psycho-therapy based study, is aimed at expelling shame and guilt and embracing transparency and freedom.
